Beyond manufacturing, UC is the creator of MPASS—the Marketplace for Acquisition of Strategic Supply—an innovative platform built to simplify and streamline federal procurement for Government Purchase Cardholders (GPCs). By connecting institutional and government buyers directly with small, American-based manufacturers and distributors, UC is helping non-traditional defense/government contractors enter the defense industrial base with “reportable” transactions.
