Supply Chain Compliance

Ultio Crati Supply Chain Compliance

In compliance with The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act (the “California Act”), Ultio Crati is committed to maintaining transparency in its supply chain and ensuring that it is free from any forms of slavery, human trafficking, and forced labor. Ultio Crati takes all necessary measures to comply with local, state, and federal laws regarding forced labor, as well as international standards aimed at eradicating these practices in the global supply chain. To the best of our knowledge, Ultio Crati products are not manufactured or sourced using forced labor, human trafficking, or any similar exploitative practices.

Supply Chain Transparency & Verification

Ultio Crati has established a process for evaluating our supply chain partners, factories, and facilities to ensure full compliance with our ethical standards. This includes assessing the potential risks associated with forced labor, human trafficking, and slavery within the countries and regions where our suppliers operate.

Standards for Compliance

In the event that a supplier or manufacturing facility is found to be in violation of the California Act or Ultio Crati’s standards for ethical labor practices, that entity will be required to implement corrective actions to remedy the violation and meet compliance standards. If compliance is not achieved within a reasonable timeframe, Ultio Crati will take appropriate action, including reevaluating the business relationship.
